How About Some Built-Ins

Here is the next project underway (what? I should have to finish one before I start the next?). While the weather is nice we want to get the projects that require cutting done. That will give us the cold and snowy season for painting. For the past two years our upstairs knee wall space has been the baseboard storage area, but soon it will be my built-in bookshelves. This is one of the projects I've been looking forward to for quite a while - I like books and soon we'll have a lot of shelf space to fill.

First Day of School

Beau started school this week and loves it. The week before school we went to the Bees baseball game and I caught a home run ball, so he was pretty excited to take it for show and tell on the first day. And yes, this post is mostly just so I could put it out there that I caught a home run ball.
