Snow Day!

Here's the one advantage of working for a bank, every possible holiday off. It worked out well today since it snowed all morning and we got about 8 inches of snow. I think Beau would have spent all day outside if we would have let him - he is three now you know.

So it seems that typically when Emmett starts wanting to be held Blake will get jealous and also want to be held. That's not so easy when you're also trying to keep Beau entertained. Not that I don't like to hold my kids, but I've found that by stacking them they can just hold each other. See, that college education is paying off. Seems to go pretty well until one of them starts to chew on his brother. That tooth can be brutal.

The Real Birthday Party

The puking from Chuck E. Cheeses' was over just in time to start the real party for Beau's birthday. Apparently, the germ perception from the other night wasn't too far off. It was also clear that everyone got the Thomas memo, and I think that we now own everything ever made with the blue train and his friends. Hopefully his brothers are into Thomas too.
